Real Estate Transactions:

A person’s home is generally their biggest investment. In both bear and bull markets, the marketplace is filled with people looking to take advantage of unsuspecting individuals. This is why it makes sense to have the best possible representation that you can find. Woodinville Law’s services include traditional buyer and seller representation as well as transaction review.

Distressed Property Counseling:

A homeowner can become “distressed” for a number of reasons. Lost income, predatory lending, unexpected medical bills, and divorce are just a few of the reasons that a homeowner cannot afford their monthly mortgage payment. If the homeowner also owes more to the bank than their property is worth, the homeowner will not be able to sell their home. If you are in this situation, there are several possible solutions, including asking the bank to participate in a short sale, take a deed in lieu of foreclosure, or modify your loan. In some situations filing for bankruptcy may be the best solution. Each different option has different benefits and detriments and the firm will guide you through the options available and help you decide on the best solution for your particular situation.

Short Sale Negotiations:

If a short sale is the proper solution for your situation, you need an experienced negotiator on your side. The firm is unique in the fact Keith Wells is also a licensed real estate agent with Windermere Real Estate in Woodinville, WA. This allows a one-stop, full service transaction. You will have an experienced real estate agent to sell the home as well as a skilled negotiator to increase your odds of having any offer submitted be accepted by the underlying lenders. This combination of services is rare.
