Keith Wells is the owner of Woodinville Law as well as the Windermere Real Estate Offices in Woodinville, Monroe, and Lake Chelan. He grew up in Woodinville and attended Western Washington University, earning a degree in Finance and Economics. Prior to attending to law school at Willamette University in Salem, Oregon, Keith spent a year working for a land developer in Snohomish, Washington, and four years working as a broker for Windermere Real Estate in Woodinville.
During law school, Keith clerked for the Oregon Land Use Board of Appeals and the Ketchikan Gateway Borough Attorney’s Office in Ketchikan, Alaska. Keith is now a member of the Washington State Bar Association and participates in the Moderate Means Program and has spent time in helping with the Washington State Home Foreclosure Legal Aid Project.
Keith’s practice focuses on estate planning, probate, real estate, small business planning, and distressed property counseling, including short sale negotiations. His experience in law, real estate, and business ownership enables him to provide legal assistance to his clients in a variety of situations.
Keith is highly active in the community. He has served with the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Search and Rescue division, is the acting Vice President of the Woodinville Rotary, is active with the YMCA, and through his Windermere affiliation is active throughout the year in small charitable functions to help the local community.
